Nov, 17 2019A Google User1I brought in my favorite jacket, and they stretched out all the elastic material on it, and broke a zipper off. I don't know what could have happened...and neither did they. They said it couldn't have happened there...but I'm sure it was different when I got it back than when I brought it in. They're sewing the zipperless pocket shut for free, but they're not doing anything about the elastic, so my favorite jacket is pretty much ruined.
